Terms of Service

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. If you create an organization, you are responsible for the members you invite and the permissions you grant them.

You retain ownership of the data you and your team put into Lumen. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display that data in order to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to upload the content you add, including your clients’ information.

You may not use Lumen to violate the law, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts, or interfere with the service’s operation.

Trials are free and require no payment details. Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel at any time, and you can export your data before and after cancellation.

We work to keep Lumen available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice for material changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumen is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, you can request an export or deletion of your data.
